MAKING A HOTEL RESERVATIONS FOR PAKC
As in the past, PAKC has secured some very favorable rates at hotels surrounding the Convention Center, particularly those in closest proximity to the Planet Anime KC Convention entrance at 201 W. 14th St.
We have expanded the number of official hotels this year for Planet Anime KC. Information about each hotel: location, rates, reservation phone # and online booking link, along with parking charges, are provided below.
Unlike Planet Comicon KC, however, you will be contacting the hotels directly (via phone or their website) to make a reservation, not through one standardized website.
When contacting the hotel reservations (either by phone or online), you will need to identify yourself as part of Planet Anime KC or provide the code PAKC24, to receive our special discounted rate.
All communication regarding changes or cancellations should be done directly with the hotel you have booked.
Once a hotel is sold out, we will make it clearly known on the website. If you encounter any challenges with making a reservation, please contact Questions@PlanetComicon.com.
We have also provided information regarding parking costs, 2 night minimums, along with check in and check out times and cancellation policies.

We will keep you updated regarding reservation deadlines, and that information is provided as well on the chart. PLEASE NOTE, once that date has passed, the hotels will no longer be required to honor the PAKC24 discount rate.
